Hello, I've been experiencing this issue since I got in the platform but took a while to report it as I thought it was somethng temporal. As the title says, after a certain amouth of words (don't know exactly how much) when clicking the submit button it sends me to a forbidden 403 error page. The only thing I can do is to make messages as tiny as possible so the message is actually sent.
Cheers.

Re: Large messages send me to forbidden 403 error
I will look into adjusting the maximum word count per post, but as it stands, it's already at a pretty high value. I think what's happening is the anti spam software on the hosting side is flagging certain words and characters, I've had to have them make some whitelists in the past.

Thanks, the limit of words on my end does not surpass too much the lenght of the comment that started this thread. Don't know if it is some kind of regional setting but with a VPN it is also like that.
Cheers.

Re: Large messages send me to forbidden 403 error
I'm not sure, but I've encountered such weird triggered as well. More than anything, as I've said though, the security solution on the hosting side has a bit of a mind of its own. Certain character lengths and word combinations piss it off.
Perhaps next time, hopefully not too soon; should you encounter this error again, copy the full error down and shoot it over? I've revamped the contact form and messaging system here. Now inquiries sent can be read by all board staff. Moreover, we can message users back directly on the board. Users can't freely message other users, and replying back to dms is not possible. You must use the contact form again. This is for everyone's security, as there would be no way to monitor if the private messaging system was being used illicitly.
