Hard Error !! when Windows 2000 in Optiplex 3020 intel core i3-4130 2 cores / 4 logical processors

I am now facing a really difficult problem and I have not been able to solve it ٍbecause for my limited time. When I changed the motherboard for my computer from Dual Core to i3 , I faced a big problem, which is that I cannot use the keyboard and mouse. And when I reinstall Windows 2000 I get a screen like this and I cannot use the keyboard . I think the problem is with the USB 3 driver. Have you ever had this experience ?

You will need to use a PS/2 Keyboard to install. Once the install is finished, you should be able to get the USB 2 controller up and running. No chance that USB 3 will work if it's from the chipset.

Unfortunately, the motherboard does not have a ps/2 port

I think it is not from the chipset , but when i integrate the ASmedia driver v1.16.12.0 ,but no change


I install windows 2000 in other motherboard (dualCore) and then I return it in the i3 motherboard , the strange thing is that the flash disk and the flash wirless WiFi works , but the keyboard and mouse not work.

I have put a shortcut of Device manger in the startup folder using Windows 10, to find out which drivers are responsible for this error. This was the discovery. Then I set the ID's of the drivers using Windows 10. Can this set of hardware work on Windows 2000 ?

Nice job on getting everything working! I'm sorry for not being around. I've been busy with schoolwork and other IRL projects for the past couple months and I should be able to spend more time on here now.

In fact, I found a problem with the graphics driver, I discovered that the card ID does not match with Windows 2000 and BlackWingcat confirmed this to me, so I had to use a VESA driver.
I don't want to bother you about this matter, focus on your work and good luck.

You're ok I have time to be around and help out now. I was just saying I didn't have this time before.
For graphics, I would recommend you find a low profile GPU for your computer if you have one around already. I know how hard it can be to find GPUs for reasonable prices right now, so I understand if that's why you need to rely on integrated graphics.
There are XDDM drivers for Haswell Intel HD Graphics, but as of now, I don't believe anyone has gotten them working on Windows 2000. I will try to investigate this driver and hopefully make something work in the future, but I don't know much about the driver or the specific problems with it and Windows 2000.
